PLEASE NOTE: This online system is separate from how we actually manage and track the orders at our office. For example, orders placed with the "Place order without an account" option (which is no longer available) or via a direct PayPal button (also no longer available) or via the phone won't show up online.

In addition, our online system is currently NOT able to update and change your order status in your Past Orders so the orders will not show up as "processed" even after you receive the books in the mail. They'll always be pending. But we leave this information in your account for easy future reference and we plan to add automatic updates to the order status as part of our next major upgrade.
