Important Notice: If you'd like to contact us about The Secretary of Dreams by Stephen King, we ask that you make sure that your question hasn't already been covered on the Frequently Asked Questions page. We have over a dozen Q&As about this project on that page. If your question isn't covered there, please feel free to email or call us!

If you're having trouble with the website, please check the FAQ section and if you don't find an answer for your problem there, please email webmaster@cemeterydance.com (instead of calling our office) and someone will reply as soon as possible.

Please try to include specific details of what pages you were on when the problem occurred, what you were trying to do, any error messages you received, what type of computer (PC or Mac) you're using, what brower (Internet Explorer, MSN Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, Safari, AOL, etc) you're using, and the version of the browser you have installed. Please Note: We're often deep into production meetings or working in the warehouse so there isn't always someone available to answer the phone. If you reach our voice mail, please leave a detailed message with your contact information. If you leave a message, someone will return the call, but depending on the volume of calls received, it could be a day or two. Or you can contact us via email, which is answered all hours of the day, every day of the week!

Also, if you're contacting us about a pending order, please include the name you placed the order under (especially if you used a company name), what items the order included, the shipping address for the order, and, if possible, the date the order was placed and the order number on your confirmation email. This will make researching your question much easier.

Some Tips For Contacting Us Via Email:
• Please remember to use a descriptive subject line that will allow us to find your email in our Junk Mail folders if it is accidentally tagged as spam. "No Subject" or (no subject) or something generic like "My Order" or "Hi There" will often get missed if it is mixed in with all the spam, but "Machinery of Night" or "Douglas Clegg books" will not. Please use the subject line of your email to mention the specific book, author, website feature, or promotion that you're writing us about.

• Please only send your email to the appropriate department listed above. Emails sent to multiple addresses have a greater chance of being tagged as spam. Note that only email sent to these addresses will actually reach the office staff. No other email addresses are currently in use. Cemetery Dance does not accept submissions, proposals, or queries via email. Thank you.

• If you don't hear back from us within two business days, it probably means your email never reached us. Please follow-up with a call to our office. If you get our voice mail, please leave a message, especially if you have a question about an order or a product. That way we can do any research we need to do and call you back when we're in the office. We're always happy to speak with our customers!
