For customer service related questions or concerns, email is always the best way to contact us.
We are a small business with just four full-time employees, and we shipped 65,000 orders last year, and we try to provide the same high quality of customer service to every customer. Mistakes happen, sometimes the Post Office is rough with a package, etc. You won't have an issue or question we haven't already seen in our twenty-three years in business. We always want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, so please just be polite when you contact us and give us a chance to help you out. If you don't hear back within three business days, we are not ignoring you, we might just be extra busy. Please feel free to try again or call our office.
If you're having trouble with the website, please check the website FAQ section first. If you don't find an answer for your problem there, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and try to include specific details such as: what page(s) you were on when the problem occurred, what you were trying to do, any error messages you received, what type of computer you're using (PC or Mac), what browser you're using (Internet Explorer, MSN Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, Safari, AOL, Chrome, etc) and the version of the browser you have installed.
If you're contacting us about a pending order, please reply to your original email confirmation if at all possible. This will make researching your question much easier.

Some Tips For Contacting Us:
• Please only send your email to the appropriate department listed above. Emails sent to multiple addresses have a greater chance of being tagged as spam. Note that only email sent to these addresses will actually reach the office staff. No other email addresses are currently in use.
• Cemetery Dance does not accept submissions, proposals, or queries via email. Please see our Submission Guidelines Page for more information. Thank you.
• We're often deep into production meetings or working in the warehouse so there isn't always someone available to answer the phone. If you reach our voice mail system, please leave a DETAILED message with your name, what you're calling about, and your contact information (including an email address if possible). Include as much information as you can (such as an order number or the title of the book, etc) because that will allow us do any research we need to do about your question and then call or email you back with the information you need.
• If you leave a message, someone will return the call, but depending on the volume of calls received, it could be a day or two. Or you can always contact us via email, which is answered all hours of the day, every day of the week.
