If you'd like to contact us about The Secretary of Dreams by Stephen King or Blockade Billy by Stephen King, we ask that you make sure that your question hasn't already been covered on the Frequently Asked Questions page for The Secretary of Dreams or the BlockadeBilly.com mini-website. If your question isn't covered there, please feel free to email us.

If you're having trouble with the website, please check the FAQ section first. If you don't find an answer for your problem there, please email webmaster@cemeterydance.com (instead of calling our office) and someone will reply as soon as possible. Please try to include specific details of what pages you were on when the problem occurred, what you were trying to do, any error messages you received, what type of computer (PC or Mac) you're using, what brower (Internet Explorer, MSN Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, Safari, AOL, Chrome, etc) you're using, and the version of the browser you have installed.

For customer service related questions or concerns, email is always the best way to contact us.

If you're contacting us about a pending order, please reply to your original email confirmation if at all possible. This will make researching your question much easier.

PLEASE NOTE: When contacting our office, just be polite and we'll fix whatever problem you might have.  Mistakes happen, the post office can be rough with packages, etc.  You won't have an issue or question we haven't already seen in our two decades of publishing.  We always want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, so please be polite and give us a chance to help you out.

Email is the best way to contact our office.  We always try to respond to emails within two to three business days, but keep in mind we're experiencing a huge increase in email volume right now.  If you don't hear back within a reasonable amount of time, please feel free to try again or call our office.  Email isn't a perfect science and sometimes messages don't make it to their destination for whatever reason.

Some Tips For Contacting Us:
• Please remember to use a descriptive subject line that will allow us to find your email in our Junk Mail folders if it is accidentally tagged as spam. "No Subject" or (no subject) or something generic like "My Order" or "Hi There" will often get missed if it is mixed in with all the spam, but "Blockade Billy" or "Stephen King order question" will not. Please use the subject line of your email to mention the specific book, author, website feature, or promotion that you're writing us about.

• Please only send your email to the appropriate department listed above. Emails sent to multiple addresses have a greater chance of being tagged as spam. Note that only email sent to these addresses will actually reach the office staff. No other email addresses are currently in use.

• Cemetery Dance does not accept submissions, proposals, or queries via email. Please see our Submission Guidelines Page for more information. Thank you.

• If you don't hear back from us within two business days, it probably means your email never reached us. Please follow-up with a call to our office.

• We're often deep into production meetings or working in the warehouse so there isn't always someone available to answer the phone. If you reach our voice mail system, please leave a DETAILED message with your name, what you're calling about, and your contact information (including an email address if possible). Include as much information as you can (such as an order number or the title of the book, etc) because that will allow us do any research we need to do about your question and then call or email you back with the information you need.

• If you leave a message, someone will return the call, but depending on the volume of calls received, it could be a day or two. Or you can always contact us via email, which is answered all hours of the day, every day of the week!
