Three years after the last issue was published, <em>The Best of Subterranean<\/em> arrives as an overdue celebration of one our finest, most lamented genre magazines.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Following the template set by the magazine,\u00a0<em>The Best of Subterranean<\/em> mixes, blurs and defies genres with abandon.
