It&#8217;s an unremarkable house, save for the fact that it&#8217;s immortalized on film as the house where six-year-old Michael Myers killed his sister, Judith.<\/p>\n<p>Most fans are content to pose in front of the house for a few photos, maybe going so far as to do so while wearing a Michael Myers mask. Kenny Caperton took things a little farther. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.myershousenc.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Kenny Caperton, a life-long fan of the Halloween franchise, built an exact replica of the Myers house in North Carolina<\/a>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s actually a beautiful house (the Capertons have proven to be much better at upkeep than the Myers clan), nestled in a rural area rather than a suburb. The plans were modified to accommodate some larger rooms and other small changes on the inside, but the general layout is the same. The family has filled it with a ton of tastefully displayed <em>Halloween<\/em> memorabilia, and every year they open their land up for a big Halloween bash complete with outdoor screenings (guess which movie&#8230;), a bonfire, tours of the house, and much more. It looks like a total blast, but I&#8217;m guessing the house alone would be worth the drive. I&#8217;m already planning a road trip&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.twitter.com\/BluGilliand\" target=\"_blank\">Blu Gilliand<\/a> is the managing editor of<\/strong><\/em> <strong>Cemetery Dance<\/strong><em><strong> Magazine and Cemetery Dance Online.
