Note From Glenn Chadbourne about the Interior Artwork:
"I did a little something different with these.  A section of each pen and ink is enhanced with a light wash of paint.  It started as a happy accident.  I wanted to alter something I didn't like so I whited it out with paint, then I thought it looked kinda' cool and unique so I went with it throughout the series. Even though they will be black and white in the book, I think they'll look very cool."
